Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the industrial water conformed to a water quality standard in a high treating speed by a compact apparatus by a method wherein each float separating apparatus carrying out the pressurization, the foaming bed and the filled electrolysis are combined and the size of each treating tank is specified.
CONSTITUTION: The volume of treating tanks 31, 51, 71 of each float separating apparatus 30, 50, 70 for carrying out the pressurization, the foaming bed and the filled electrolysis is adjusted to 50,10W5,35W45 respectively when a treating amount of exhaust water per time unit is 100. The exhaust water subjected to same precipitating treatment is entered into an apparatus 20 from a storage tank 10 to be added by a flocculating agent and reached to an apparatus 30. Fine gas bubbles generated by returning a pressurized water to atmospheric pressure in a vacuum apparatus 38 are added along with the exahust water and suspended org. substances within the exhaust water are floated by flocking. The separated water is treated by crude large bubbles from a gas scattering pipe 54 in an apparatus 50 to float a foaming substance and the separated water is used as toiled washing water after chlorine sterilization. The remaining separated water is treated by activated charcoals polarized by passing electric current between a support electrode in an apparatus 70 to adsorb org. nitrogen oxide substance and metal ion and chlorine generated by electric charge sterilizes.
