Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable safekeeping of a cartridge used halfway by a device wherein a liquid chamber, an orifice, a liquid-discharging means and a liquid container surrounding the liquid chamber are provided within a protective case and the entire system is fitted removably to the pertinent part of a main body. CONSTITUTION:At one end of a piezo element 3 a nozzle 2 with a discharging orifice 1 is provided in such a way as to close up one opening, while to the opening at the other end is fixed fast one end of a hollow pipe 4. The pipe-container 4 is wound in spiral around the piezo element 3, while the other end of the container is an opening 9. Inside all of the nozzle 2, piezoelement 3 and container 4 a liquid for recording is filled up. A protective case 6 housing the container 4 is equipped with lead pins 8 for impressing an electric signal to the piezoelement 3. Lead pins 8 are in continuity with lead electrodes 7 connected to the piezo element 3, inside of the protective case 6.
