Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce lubricant oil consumption in an air pressure circuit by returning to an air pressure circuit the oil in compressed air which has been separated by a filter and recovered in an container via a stop valve which opens when the air pressure circuit attains atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION:Oil in compressed air drawn from intake 18 is filtered and separated by filters 16, 17 and stored in container 12, and air is discharged from the surroundings of filter 17. Stop valve 20 closes the space between through holes 25, 26 by means of bolt 24 contained in valve chamber 23. Through hole 25 of check valve 20 is connected to outlet 19' of through hole 19 formed on adapter 13 placed in container 12 of oil recovery unit 10, via nipple 27. When the pressure on the side of through hole 26 is high, this stop valve 20 closes so as to prevent the oil O in container 12 from flowing to the side of through hole 26. When the pressure on the side of container 12 of oil recovery unit 10 becomes relatively high with respect to the pressure on th side of through hole 26, it opens so as to cause the recovered oil in container 12 of oil recovery unit 10 to flow to the side of through hole 26 for its re-use.
