PURPOSE:To prevent an accident due to the rise in internal pressure, by providing bushing mounts on the peripheral wall of a cylindrical tank so that the mounts extend in the radial direction and by dividing the space on the surface of oil in the tank, into two portions by a partition plate having a pressure release port. CONSTITUTION:Bushing mounts 5 are provided on the peripheral wall of a tank 1 so that the mounts project in the form of L. Primary bushings 7 are vertically attached to the bushing mounts. Secondary bushings 8 are horizontally attached to other bushing mounts 6 provided on a portion of the peripheral wall. The space on the surface of oil is divided into two chambers by a partition plate 9 so that the upper chamber 10 is used as an oil collection chamber. The partition plate 9 is provided with a pressure release port 12. Oil, which is ejected in pressure release, is stored in the oil collection chamber. A pressure release pipe 13 is a U-shaped pipe and has an oil storage part 14.
