Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically minimize the effect of defective circuit to other parts, due to open wire, by adding the voltage set circuit to a part of wiring, in the memory unit or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The voltage set circuit 15 is connected to one end of the wiring 8 which commonly supplies the output voltage of the drive circuits 1 and 2 to a plurality of transistors 101 to 10K. Further, if the wiring 8 is electrically at floating due to open wire from the drive circuits 1 and 2, the floating part is set to a given voltage with the voltage set circuit 15. As a result, the misinformation cuased by the open wire can be changed into the most convenient state for the following information processing to be outputted.
