Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a gas rich in O2 or N2 effectively by a mechanism wherein a cell for producing a rich gas comprising two chambers separated by a selective gas permeable membrane is formed in such a way that a cross sectional area of an introducing opening of a chamber for passing a raw mixed gas is larger than a discharging opening.
CONSTITUTION: A permeated gas chamber 45 and an nonpermeated gas chamber 46 are formed by a flow control wall 51, 52, 53, 54 and a selective gas permeable membrane 47 and a nonpermeated mixed gas inflow opening 41 and an outflow opening 43 for a rich gas with low permeability ratio are provided to a chamber as well as a permeated gas outflow opening 42 is provided to a chamber 45. Between an inflow opening 41 and an outflow opening 43, a wall 51W54 are arranged in such a way that a cross sectional area is linearly changed to form a cell. If a nonpermeated mixed gas is flowed into from an inflow opening of the above described apparatus, a rich gas with low permeability ratio can be taken out from an outflow opening 43 as well as a rich gas with high permeability ratio can be taken out from an outflow opening 42.
