Abstract

PURPOSE: To display the present location of the control rod at all times by providing auxiliary reed switches to the location indicating reed switch and by discriminating and display the movement direction of the control rod according to an operation time of both the switches.
CONSTITUTION: The auxiliary reed switches X1WX4 are provided so that they act in ranges parts of which are overlapped on the operation ranges of the location indicating reed switches S1WS4 in the direction of inserting or extracting the control rod 3 and their locations are slightly shifted from the said reed switches. The movement direction of the control rod 3 is discriminated according to the operation positions of the switches S and X, and the present location of the control rod 3 is displayed by the lamps P12, P23 by using the said discriminated data even though the reed switches are located in the intermediate positions.
