CONSTITUTION:Circuit selection part 2 gives the circuit number to the result given from break detection part 1 which gives the detection to the state of the circuit to form the detection signal and then transmits the detection to circuit-based break counter part 4 and break decision part 6. Part 4 counts the break signals contained in the detection signal based on each circuit and with the sampling cycle of signal generator 3, and then sends the count result to comparison part 5. Part 5 delivers the output when the count value exceeds the fixed level. Part 6 performs the break decision action for the 1-sampling period during which the curcuit decided as the break is scanned next, and then delivers the ''signal break'' signal along with the circuit number for all circuits to which the break signal is decided during the above scanning.
