Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a one-point mooring device around which a ship can circularly be moored by connecting a mooring cable at its one end to a guide annularly movably engaged with an annular flange provided around a one-point mooring post and at its other end to a disk having a circular hole and engaging the projection on a ship with the hole of the disk.
CONSTITUTION: There are stood an inner column 9 and an outer column 11 rotatably around the inner column 9 on a foundation 8 built on a marine bottom 7. There are also formed a grooved guide 18 on the outer periphery of the column 11 via upper and lower projection flanges. A mooring guide 19 is rotatably provided via rollers or the like within the guide 18, and a mooring cable 27 is fixed at its one end to the link 24 of the guide 19 and at its other end to the disk 39 having a circular hole. Thus, the projection 48 on a ship to be moored is engaged with the hole of the disk 39 connected to the end hool of a loading boom 29 to thereby moor the ship via the mooring cable.
