Abstract

PURPOSE: Printing material, capable of successive impression with one replacement of ink, producing clear printing and having a long span of life, which consists of a printing part formed with sintered foam of thermo-plastic resin powder.
CONSTITUTION: The printing material consists of a printing part formed with sintered foam of thermo-plastic resin powder having preferably 20W60% aperture rate, of an ink absorption-storage part formed with porous foam material integrated with the said printing part, having preferably a weight aperture rate of 40W90%, and of a printing material consisting of a connecting belt integrated with the said absoprtion-storage part. The printing part is made of gelled substance of vinyl resin chloride foam, or of porous fine grain of crushed half-gelled substance. The ink absorption-storage part is made of the material capable of forming a porous elastic of continuous foam structure excellent in absorption and storage function of ink, and is composed of a resin material having the same quality with, or being fusible to the printing part to form an integrated whole.
