Abstract
PURPOSE: A solid drink capable of foaming and dissolving in water on repeated rise and fall to give a refreshing drink, prepared by coating a sour component and sodium bicarbonate, mixed and molded into one piece, with a microporous fat and oil layer communicating to the open air.
CONSTITUTION: Powder of granular seasonings, e.g., citric acid, and sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) as main materials are molded into one piece at a weight ratio of 1:0,5W1.5, preferably 1:0.7W1.2. The surface of at least one component in said molded article is coated with a microporous fat and oil layer communicating to the open air to give the objective solid drink. The fats and oils in the layer are preferably animal and vegetable ones melting at 20W50°C, e.g. cacao butter. The main material content in the drink is 50W90wt%, and the percentage by weight of the layer is 0.5W4 based on the materials.
