Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the program control mirror shutter which is capable of simultaneously controlling iris and shutter speed with a simple construction by controlling an auxiliary iris member, and a blade serving both as a main iris and shutter through utilization of mirror kick-up motion.
CONSTITUTION: As a shutter release button is depressed, an auxiliary iris member 13 rises until it abuts against the arm 27 of a control member 23 whose oscillation amount is controlled by an exposure control ring 29. Thence, when the shutter release button is pushed further, the detention of a kickup member 20 is released and a blade 6 serving both as main iris and shutter is kicked up by a protruding part 9 until it abuts against the arm 26 of the member 23, thus the program control mirror shutter which is capable of simultaneously controlling the iris opening 22 by the opening 7 in the central part of the blade 6 according to the set position of the arm 27 of the member 23 and the shutter speed according to the set position of the arm 26 of the member 23 with the simple constitution is provided.
