CONSTITUTION:On an exfoliating ground board 1 a figure is printed with subliming dyes and dried to from a figure surface 2. Through a temporarily-bonded resin coating layer 5 projecting out of the entire periphery 3 of the figure surface 2, a hair- implanted layer 6 is formed by planting and temporarily bonding short fibers capable of being dyed by the subliming dyes with high density and then the temporarily- bonded resin coating layer is dried to form a porous temporarily-bonded resin layer 7. Next, in the position of the upper face of the hair-implanted layer 6 corresponding to the figure surface 2 an elastic bonding resin coated layer 8 is provided, on which hot-melt resin particles 9 are further scattered and dried. Then, by dyeing under heating the postion of the hair-implanted layer 6 corresponding to the figure surface 2 with the subliming dyes of the surface 2, a pattern part 10 is formed.
