Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the bonding tool as well as to enhance the working efficiency with no extension process required for the edge component for carrying out the bonding job between the plane diaphragm and the edge component in an assured and highly efficient way. CONSTITUTION:Bonding agent 15 is applied to at least either one of circumference end face 14 formed with an inclination to the thickness direction of plane diaphragm 11 and inner circumference face 16a of bonding part 16A of edge component 16. Then part 16A is fitted to concave part 17 of basement 18, and then diaphragm 11 is dropped from above face 16a to secure a touch between face 16a and face 14. Then diaphragm 11 is pressed toward basement 18 via pressing component 19 in order to secure adhesion between diaphragm 11 and component 16. In such way, the structure of the bonding tool can be simplified with enhancement of the working efficiency.
