Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent antiskid operations from exerting influence to each other by providing a check valve in each hydraulic pressure release path on front-stage part being unified from a control valve installed at each system.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of normal braking operation, a control valve 6 allows hydraulic pressure transmitting paths 4, 5, i.e. a wheel cylinder and a master cylinder 2 of a brake gear 3 to be through, therefore the brake is actuated by a pressure of the master cylinder 2. Where a brake hydraulic pressure drop signal is put into one of valves 6, only the path 5 of the valve 6 and a hydraulic pressure release path 7 come through, and a pressure of the wheel cylinder drops. In this case, however, a check valve 26 will not allow the hydraulic pressure having escaped to the release path 7 to be influent to the corresponding valve 6 by way of other release path 7. When the brake hydraulic pressure drop signal stops, the valve 6 allows a throttled fluid from the master cylinder 2 to flow into the wheel cylinder to increase the hydraulic pressure gradually. A normal state is obtainable when hydraulic pressures of both the cylinders become even.
