Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a stator which has excellent mechanical strength, preferable torque supporting properties and easiness to manufacture by forming the stator of a coil and coil supporting means and fixing the supporting means to the core.
CONSTITUTION: Recesses are formed, for example, at every 120° interval of a core 1, and spacers 5 made of laminated stainless steel or the like are mounted in the recesses 1b, respectively. A coil 3 integrally coupled in advance is inserted and fixed between an inner insulating column 7 made of epoxy resin or the like and the core 1. Thus, revolving electromagnetic force (torque) acting on the coil 3 is transmitted through the spacers 5 to the core 1 to support it so as to improve the torque supporting properties and easiness to manufacture the stator.
