Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a miniature and high-precision pressure sensor by forming a bellows, displaced according to pressure, of an electric shield material and then by shielding a pressure-detecting core and coil.
CONSTITUTION: Bellows 12 displaced corresponding to pressure applied to its inside is formed of an electric shield material and bobbin 13 wound with coil 14 is inserted from top part 15 of bellows 12 toward the inside. Then, the pressure is detected from an oscillation frequency through coil 14 crresponding to an insertion degree according to the displacement of bellows 12 of core 17 fixed in bobbin 13. Therefore, the position relation between coil 14 and core 17 is detected inside of bellows 12 and there is no need to provide additionally a shield material, so that the pressure sensor will be miniature and high in precision.
