Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate a need for special sealing material, by using a compound of grease and plastic for the lubricating composite to be filled into the interior of bearing, and forming its external surface part into a hardened layer with high distribution density of the plastic.
CONSTITUTION: The bearing is constructed by an inner ring 11, an outer ring 12, rolling elements 13, retainers 14 and a lubricating composite 15. Hereby, as the lubricating composite 15 is used a compound of grease and plastic, especially its external surface (a) is formed into a hardened layer with high distribution density of the plastic. For a grease A, for instance, a lithium soap mineral oil type grease and the like, and as a plastic B, for instance, a polyethylene powder and the like are used. These are mixed in a range of proportion A:B=99W5wt%:1W95wt% and heated to construct the lubricating oil composite 15. In this way, a need for processing work can be eliminated for the groove to install a seal to iron plate, rubber seal part and bearing ring as conventionally performed.
