Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the degradation in image quality owing to specular reflection by specifying the constitution of a light transmittable substrate.
CONSTITUTION: The entire surface of the surface 14' of a light transmittable substrate 14, which seals liquid crystal 16 together with a semiconductor substrate 13, on the side opposite from the liquid crystal 16 is formed by a multiplicity of spherical face form spot form concave lenses 20.
