Abstract

PURPOSE: To save a power force and improve a printing speed and accuracy of aligning between the printing dies by a method wherein a net product is installed between the endless belt and the printing table.
CONSTITUTION: Net 8 is installed between the printing table 6 and the endless belt 3 to form a clearance layer therebetween and to provide a permanent decrease of friction resistance. Grue is applied to the endless belt by a gruing mechanism, the printed material 4 is adhered to the endless belt 3 by an application roller 5. When the endless belt 3 is intermittently transmitted, the printing device 7 is lifted up by a lifting mechanism. The printed material 4 on the belt is intermittently transmitted by a specified length in response to a pattern of printing. After the belt 3 is stopped, the printing device 7 is decreased to a position where the screen is contacted with the printed material 4, then the printing operation is performed, but a running resistance of the endless belt 3 is extremely decreased by the net 8.
