Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the photographing always at correct exposure by lighting the light emitting elements which indicate the aperture values of lens corresponding to film sensitivities through utilization of the fixed relation between the charging voltage of a main discharging capacitor and photographable distance range.
CONSTITUTION: When a film sensitivity index 32 is matched to the character corresponding to the sensitivity of the film used of a film sensitivity display 28 by turning a rotary plate 23, aperture values appear respectively in the windows 30AW 30C of a disc 22. When in this state an aperture value setting index 33 is matched to the aperture value index which is utilized for automatic dimming by turning a rotary disc 24, the distance displays of the photographable range with correct exposure at said aperture values oppose to light emitting elements L1WL7 respectively. If the user waits in this state, the light emitting elements light up subsequently along with the charging progression of the main charging capacitor and therefore he knows photographable distances by seeing the distance displays 34 corresponding to the lighted light emitting elements. Thus, photographing of correct exposure is made possible at all times.
