Abstract

PURPOSE: The title device designed to effect photopolymerization without nonuniformity, comprising a turntable in the polymerization chamber with a door, wherein ultraviolet light is irradiated.
CONSTITUTION: The surfaces of false teeth are coated with a paste comprising an ultraviolet curving hard resin material in layers for hardening or glossing. The teeth are then placed on the turntable 5 in the polymerization chamber 1, and the door 2 is closed to turn the table 5 and open the shutters 13 and 14 drivingly connected with the door 2. The paste is polymerized by UV irradiation from the light sources 9 and 10. The door 2 is then opened to close the shutters 13 and 14 automatically. Thus, the paste can be polymerized without nonuniformity to prevent the leakage of UV.
