Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the output fluctuation due to the temperature by giving the heat masking to the voltage measurement area. CONSTITUTION:The line-type pulse modulator extacts the pulse output by discharging the charge of pulse formation circuit 7 with the grid pulse. The charge of circuit 7 is charged while being controlled by charging voltage stabilization circuit 3, and the output is made constant by securing the constant charging voltage. The charging voltage is monitored by voltage monitor 4 consisting of the voltage division circuit comprising several tens to hundreds units of resistances and capacitors. As monitor 4 features the adiabatic structure and is thus free from the effect due to the fluctuation of the ambient temperature. Water-cooled pipe 10 and the like are provided around container 13 of monitor 4, and airtight bushing 18 is used for the electric connection part to the external part.
