Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the processing of a measured signal by a method wherein a non-linear output is input to a circuit which has characteristics opposite of the non- linear output in shape, and a signal is taken out of the output of the circuit, the signal being proportionate to the flowing amount.
CONSTITUTION: A hot sensor output is input from a voltage input terminal 10 and input voltage is divided by resistors 14, 15, 16 and the resistors 14, 15 and resistors 15, 16 are connected to the negative-phase input of a comparator 17 and the positive-phase input of a comparator 18, respectively. The outputs of the comparators 17, 18 are input to the setting-and-resetting terminals S, R of setting-and-resetting FF19, and their outputs are connected to an output terminal 22 and the base of a transistor 21. Though a capacitor 13 repeats charging and discharging, the signal of the flowing amount converted to a linear form is read as a signal of the sucking amount by selecting the values of resistors 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and the capacitor 13 so that the frequency is proportionate to the flowing amount.
