Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the bus flat and eliminate a break in the bus by a method wherein buses are buried in an insulating film, a lead is provided for each transfer electrode crossing the buses, and the transfer electrodes and the buses are connected by means of conductors passing through the insulating film. CONSTITUTION:Buses 26-29 are buried in insulating film 25. On top of this, terminal leads of transfer electrodes of various phases, 30-33, are placed in perpendicular to the buses via insulating film 34. Contact holes are opened on insulating film 34, and conductors 39-42 are buried; and terminal leads 30-33 are connected to buses 26-29.
