Then, very-high frequency receiving antenna 14 has its starting point positioned corresponding to the length-directional center part to conductor 11 providing in the other area of plate glass 1, and is folded at the edge extending nearly in parallel to the heating conductor. Further, coupling element 18 is provided which has streaks, in parallel to at least one of conductors 11, coupled with conductors 11 and between conductors 11 and antenna 14, and the starting point of antenna 14 or a lead line connecting to the starting point is connected to one point of streaks of element 18 via stub 22 extending opposing to antenna 14. Consequently, a gain similar to nearly-even non-directional characteristics can be obtained covering the wide very-high frequency band.
