USE: Compounds having carcinostatic activity.
PROCESS: The objective compound is prepared by reacting 1- or 3-chloromethylated 5-fluorouracil alone or reacting 1- or 3-chloromethylated 5-fluorouracil with 3-acyloxymethyl-5-fluorouracil in the presence of an acid acceptor, in the presence or absence of a carboxylic acid.
