Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the collapse of stacked rectangular bars, the damage of their surfaces due to the frication between them, etc., by stacking the bars while sequentially coupling jigs, each of which has an H-shaped cross section and comprises vertical parts having outwardly bend edges at their tops and inwardly bent edges at their botoms and facing each other.
CONSTITUTION: Jigs 6, each of which comprises a horizontal part 2 and facing vertical parts 5, 5 having outwardly bend edges 3 at their tops and inwardly bent edges 4 at their bottoms, are prepared. One jig 6 is slid sidewards on another jig 6 as shown by the arrows in Fig. so that the inwardly bend edges at the bottoms of the vertical parts 5, 5 of the former jig are engaged with the outwardly bent edges 3 at the tops of the vertical parts 5, 5 of the latter jig. The jigs are thus sequentially coupled with each other vertically. Rectangular bars are inserted under and over the horizontal parts 2 of the coupled jigs 6. The bars are thus stacked.
