Abstract

CONSTITUTION: At the time of joint-welding carbon steel 1 and autenite-base stainless steel 2, an intermediate material 4 having the intermediate coefficient of thermal expansion of both and higher high temperature strength than the carbon steel 1 is inserted at the intermediate of both. The welding material used for groove 6 is preferably the same as the intermediate material 4 and the welding material used for groove 7 is preferably the same as the intermediate material 4 as the material with which welding defects are difficult to occur or the same as the austenite-base stainless steel 2. According to this method, the high temperature strength of the dissimilar material joint part may be enhanced because the intermediate material has the high temperature strength higher than that of the carbon steel.
