Abstract

The magneto-optic photo switches SllWSMN are arrayed in matrix form to constitute the magneto-optic photo matrix switch device. Then, if external magnetic fields V1, V3, etc. are applied to the rotating elements Q1WQ4 of the magneto-optic photo switches S, the light L1 inputted to the input side port E1 is emitted from the output side port F1 by being or not being rotated, thus the specified switching functions may be obtained through simple operations.
