Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a thin walled multilayer container with a low pressure injection by a method wherein a laminated resin is injected into a cavity, allowing a male mold or a female mold to shift. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive resin 5 and a gas isolative resin 6 are laminated in a tubular form within an injection nozzle 2, applying pressure on the laminated resin 7 to inject an insufficient amount of laminated resin within a metal cavity. Next, either male metal mold 3 or female metal mold 4, or both of them are shifted, compressing the laminated molten resin 7 to form a container having a desired wall thickness.
