Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a five-layer vessel having excellent gas barrier properties, easy combustibility, etc. which uses a polyolefin layer containing a filler as a core by successively ejecting three kinds of specified resin, which each differs, into a metal mold cavity from the same nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A five-layer laminated vessel is manufactured in such a manner that denatured polyolefin resin 2' to which carboxyl groups are introduced in order to improve an adhesive property with gas barrier resin 3 is injected from the first injection cylinder 5 only by a fixed quantity, gas barrier resin 3' is injected from the second injection cylinder 6 only by a fixed quantity at injection pressure higher than the resin 2', polyolefin resin 4' to which an about 30-80wt% inorganic filler is compounded is injected from the third injection cylinder 7 and a small quantity of the denatured polyolefin resin 2' is lastly injected again to wash a spool and a runner. Since the inorganic filler is compounded, the vessel has massive, its calorific value is low and its incineration treatment is easy.
