Abstract

PURPOSE: An anti-fogging transparent film useful as packaging materials for food containing water, having fusibility and blocking resistance, comprising a polyolefin film coated with a sucrose fatty acid ester.
CONSTITUTION: A 0.05W2 wt.%, preferably 0.3W0.7 wt.% slution of a sucrose fatty acid ester is applied to a film of a polyolefin, polyester, etc. by coating, dipping spraying, etc. at a coating weight of 5W200 mg/m2, and dried to give an anti- fogging transparent film. The sucrose fatty acid ester preferably has an HLB ≥ 3, preferably ≥ 7, more preferably ≥ 11.
