Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable acute turning of a power agricultural vehicle by forming right and left front wheel tie rods of downward or upward gradient to push up the front wheel of inside with respect to the turning direction by the vertical component of the laterally pushing motion of the tie rods and to push down the front wheel of outside with respect to the turning direction thereby.

CONSTITUTION: The turning power of a handwheel 10 is transmitted through a shaft 11, bevel gear 9, and a power steering unit 7 to a pitman arm 8 and through tie rods 12a, 12b and bearing arms 6a, 6b to thereby turn wheels 1a, 1b. Since the tie rods 12a, 12b are formed of upward gradient toward lateral outsides, vertical component power is generated by the laterally pushing motion of the tie rods 12a, 12b, when steering, to thereby push up the inside front wheel and down the outside front wheel with respect to the turning direction to thus accelerate or decelerate the axial movement so as to thereby float the inside front wheel for an easy turning of a power agricultural vehicle.
