Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a single-sided laminated tape consisting of a metallic and a plastic tapes from being separated in preheating, by preheating the metallic surface of the laminated tape and by pressing the plastic tape to the metallic one. CONSTITUTION:The single-sided laminated tape 3, wherein the plastic tape 2, e.g., a polyethylene tape, etc. is laminated on one side of the metallic tape 1, is delivered from the drum 5, and the surface of the metallic tape 1 is preheated by a heater, e.g., the heated roll 6. The plastic tape 2 is pressed to the metallic tape 1 by pressuring means, e.g., the pinch rolls 7 to form a single-sided laminated tape. Other plastic tape 4 is fed from the drum 8 and brought into contact with the metallic surface of the single-sided laminated tape 1. The plastic tape 4 is pressed and bonded to the metallic surface by heat with the pinch rolls 10 to give the desired laminated film.
