PURPOSE:To use a channel efficiently by making it possible to set the channel inside of a line concentrator without providing the channel between the line concentrator and a master station at the time of a call between terminals equipped to the line concentrator. CONSTITUTION:Data sent out from data terminal DT1 are level-converted by circuit station side device DCES and then multiplied by time-division separator MPX/ DMPX according to the value of counter CTR before being outputted to multiplex communication channel HW1. Next, the data are written onto data-channel memory DPM, which has words corresponding to respective circuits, according to the value of CTR. Data are read out from DPM according to the read-out data of holding memory CM read out synchronizing with CTR and outputted to HW2. The data on HW2 are separated by MPX/DMPX corresponding to circuits and sent out to DT2.
