Abstract

PURPOSE: To compact the system by adding the air flow from a motor fan incorporated in a humidifier with the natual air flow due to the running of the car and with the forced air flow by an engine cooling fan or the like, and feeding the total flow into an atomization tank.
CONSTITUTION: With a trembler 3 driven by a high-frequency oscillator 4, ultrasonic energy is transmitted upward from the radiant surface (the surface at which the trembler contact water), and a conical water column 2a with mist 2a is developed. With the intake port 8a of an air feed pipe 8 located at the downstream of an engine cooling fan F, for example, the forced air flow from the fan F flows through the pipe 8 into a duct 5, where it is added to the air flow from a fan 6. The total air flow is fed into an atomization tank 1, and the mist 2b is discharged via an exhaust cylinder 7 into the interior of the car.
