Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce noise without causing time delay, by providing a blind sector for the difference between the input signal and the output before one sampling period, and by making the difference between the blind sector output and the input signal. CONSTITUTION:The input signal e01 and the output e16 of the delay circuit 16 delaying the output signal e03 for one sampling period are fed to the subtraction circuit 13, and the output e13 of the difference is fed to the blind sector circuit 14 which produces output only if the output is out of the range taking the zero as the center. If no noise is superimposed on the input signal and the change in the one sampling period is within the blind sector of the blind sector circuit 14, e14 is zero and the output signal is equal to the input signal e01. when noise is superimposed on the input signal e01 and the difference e13 between e01 and the output e03 before one sampling period is more than the blind sector of the blind sector circuit 14, e14 is not zero and the output signal e01 is the difference between the input signal e01 and e14.
