Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The quantity of scale is detected by the scale detector 5 able to detect dividing the quantity of scale of steel strip 2 in width direction, after the strip 2 is transferred in the arrow mark direction and carrying out pickling treatment passing through the pickling vessel 1. The scale quantity distribution signal 8 of each detected position in width direction, is amplified by the amplifier 7 and is sent to the electrolysis current controller (pickling liquid jetting controller) 9. Here, the above signal is converted to the set up signal 11 divided in width direction by preliminary set up adjusting programm and is sent to the electrode 6 or the pickling jetting apparatus 6 and then, each quantity of electrolysis current or pickling jetting is controlled.
