Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the subject method comprising the steps of: using a synthetic resin sheet having a heat-shrinking property, overlapping the inner surfaces and outer surfaces of both side edges of a sheet on each other, inserting a press plate into the inner part thereof, and elevating the press force of the oerlapped portion thereby to increase the deposition strength.
CONSTITUTION: A material 1 to be packaged is coated with a sheet 2 of polypropylene, polyethylene or the like. The inner surfaces and outer surfaces at both end edges 3 and 3 are overlapped on each other and the press plate 6 is inserted through the opening part 5 of the end part into the inner part 4 coated with the sheet 2, and the press plate 6 provided at its outer part and made of a hot plate and the press plate 6 provided at the coated inner part 4 are brought into abutment with each other. Then, both side edges 3 and 3 are deposited and sealed, and there after the press plate 6 at the inner part 4 is extracted to the outer part to carry out a shrink pckaging.
