Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable testing of propriety of malfunction detection signal system in a detection signal processor which can receive the signal through extremely less cables at a center centralized supervisory control station to enable detection of malfunction even if detectors are provided at a number of malfunction detecting portions, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Each of detectors 1 provided at a plurality of positions consists of a malfunction detecror 2, a pluse generator 3, and frequency tuning type switches 4a, 4b. When the detector 2 detects the manfunction, its output is applied to the generator 3, which thereupon generates n pulses for determined one second. The pulses are counted through a transmission cable 5 by the pulse counter 7 at a center centralized supervisory control station 6 to display the n pulses and to indicate the position via a detected object position detector 21 with an alarm 22 operated. The above switches 4a, 4b are operated by frequency oscillators 23a, 23b for feeding intrinsic frequencies to the respective detectors 1.
