Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a boot, generated on the enameled wire, detectable in good precision, by such constitution that a displacement of adjustment die, caused when the varnished wire passes through the adjustment die for an applied quantity of the varnish, be detected by a microswitch.
CONSTITUTION: Above an applied varnish quantity adjustment die 23, is swingably installed an operating lever 24 with a support point 25 being the center. In said operating lever 24, is provided a spring 26 for energizing the die side downward with respect to the support point 25, simultaneously with a microswitch 27 installed for detecting a displacement of the other side.
