Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve practicability by detecting antiphases through the utilization of difference in phase relations of two phases out of 3-phase lines with the antiphase time and normal time.
CONSTITUTION: A pulse generating circuit consisting of a monostable circuit of a deformed type comprising mutually Y-connecting 3-phase AC power lines R, S, T and being provided with resistrances R6 thru R9, capacitor C1, transistor Q2 and a gate circuit consisting of a transistor Q4 are connected. Then, in case the phase sequence is normal, a voltage of phases deviated at a specified angle is applied to the 3-phase power lines R, S, T and the voltage of R phase and T phase is divided and is then half-wave rectified with diodes D1, D2. These voltages are then applied to the transistors Q1, Q4, then the transistor Q2 goes ON and OFF. If the phase rotation is normal, the transistor Q4 goes ON in the period T when the transistor Q2 goes OFF and in the case of antiphase, the transistor Q4 goes OFF, causing the capacitor C2 to be charged through the diode D3 and a load is operated through the transistor Q3.
