Abstract
PURPOSE: To judge the propriety thereby to reudce the size of a tester by feeding the control information of ± 1, which is to be applied to a test piece, to a synthesizer circuit of a standard good, which has the same function as that of the test piece, to effect the parallel drive so that the resultant outputs may be compared.
CONSTITUTION: Control information is fed from a digital control information generating circuit 1 to a synthesizer circuit 8, i.e., a test piece to be used in a multi- channel transceiver, and the information, which is prepared by adding ± 1 to the control information, is fed to standard goods 3 and 4. In case the test piece 8 is good, the synthesizer output f has such a relation with the outputs f' and f" of the standard goods 3 and 4 as is expressed by f">f>f'. By judging this with the use of phase discriminators 5 and 6 and a logic circuit 7, the propriety can be judged.
