Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts, by integrating a motor rotor, a cylinder and a main bearing with one another. CONSTITUTION:The motor rotor 7 is die-cast from aluminium so that the main bearing is provided on the inside surface of the rotor and the cylinder is provided on the upper part of the rotor. An auxiliary bearing 10 is installed over the upper part 9 of the rotor 7, thereby defining a cylinder chamber 11. The rotor 7 is rotatably supported on a stationary shaft 3, which has a suction hole 4 inside and has its lower end welded at a bottom chamber 2 and its upper end fixed at a lid chamber by tightly fitting a suction hole seal 5. The stationary shaft 3 has a vane slot 14 for sliding a vane 13. The cylinder chamber 11 is eccentric with a pin part 12 of the stationary shaft 3 so that a suction chamber 17 and a discharge chamber 16 whose volume is varied by the rotation of the cylinder chamber 11 are defined.
