Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the control performance by automatically suppressing error of speed sensor, by using speed sensor and position sensor at the same time.

CONSTITUTION: The constitution is composed of a compensation circuit, which consists of a first subtractor 7 to output the difference between the output 5 of a first integrating circuit 3 to integrate a speed sensor input signal 1 and the position signal 6 and an adder circuit 10 to add the output of an integrating circuit 8 to integrate the output of first subtractor 7 and the outpt of an amplifying circuit 9 to amplify the output of said subtractor 7, and a subtractor 2, which outputs 4 the difference between the speed signal and the output 11 of said compensation circuit into the first integrating circuit 3 as input signal. In this constitution, the compensation circuit operates until the output signal 5 of the integrating circuit 3 coincides with the position sensor input signal 6, manely until the error contained in the input signal is canceled by the subtractor 2 manely as far error exist, so that the error of speed sensor is automatically suppressed. Hence, the control performance may be enhanced.
