CONSTITUTION: A heat-insulating tube 1a of a half-cylinder with an inner diameter equivalent to the outer diameter of a mother pipe 2 is combined with another heat- insulating tube 1b cylindrical on the outside with a deformed rectangular hollow 6 inside. In this construction, the circular inside of the heat-insulating tube 1a is closely fitted to the outside of the mother pipe 2, while the heat-insulating tube 1b with the deformed hollow 6 assures a space for the mother pipe 2 in the corner parts, through which a combination pipe 3 can be penetrated. Consequently, the heat-insulating tube 1a is holded in the surface closely stuck to the mother pipe 2, and the heat-insulating tube 1b can be combined for sure with ease. Even if two combination pipes 3 are inserted, the heat-insulating tube 1a can be installed without changing the size of the diameter, and furthermoe, the heat-insulating tube is prevented from injuries during and after the installing work.
