PURPOSE:To intend to improve impedance matching characteristic, by making sectional shape of corrugated groove to be the shape whose inlet is narrow and the bottom is wide at the neibourhood of waveguide in which corrugate is not made. CONSTITUTION:Section of corrugated groove 15 which is held by impedance matching waveguide tube 12 that is connected between circular waveguide tube 11 and corrugated cone horn 13 is formed as tapered state in which inlet part of groove is narrow and bottom part is wide at the neiborhood of the circular waveguide tube 11. Thus, impedance matching characteristic in high band of impedance matching waveguide can be improved by simple structure.
