Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically interlock the elevational, lateral and coupling motions of poles in order to completely automatically attach or detach the poles to or from rigid line.
CONSTITUTION: A switch 21 drives a current collecting plate 18 and a line coupling unit 7, a switch 19 drives a unit 5 for elevationally moving a current collector 2, and a switch 20 drives a unit 6 for laterally moving the collector 2. All these switches are interlocked with each other in operation. When the switch 19 is, for example, operated, a motor 8 is rotated to elevate up the pole 4. A comparator 24 then compares the tilting angle θ with set value and applies a signal to a relay 22 through a relay 25 when the tilting angle θ reaches the set value. Thus, the relay 22 is grounded to stop the motor 8. The output signal of the comparator 24 is applied to the relay 26 of the unit 6, and the relay 26 is connected to a deviation signal detector 27. The pole 4 is laterally moved upon rotation of the motor 12. When the deviation signal becomes zero, the pole 4 is stopped from lateral movement.
