Abstract

PURPOSE: Untreated gas flow entering directly to a dust separation chamber is obstructed and all entering gas can be made to convert efficiently to circular flow. By doing so, dust separation efficiency can be remarkably improved.
CONSTITUTION: Gas scrabber brings dust included untreated gas entering to a flowing chamber 5 from an inlet 2a of a vessel 2 to the plural number cyclon separator 1 and then separates dust from the gas, and the separated dust falls downward, wherein clean gas flows out from an outlet 2b through a joinning chamber 7. The above mentioned cyclon separator 1 makes the untreated gas, entering from a gas inlet 12, circular movement and dust is separated by its centrifugal force and it falls downward and is stacked in a dust separation chamber 11. In this case, an obstruction plate 14 is placed so as to prevent the untreated fas flow to a direction A and the gas flow to the dust separation chamber 11 directly. By doint so, dust separation efficiency can be improved.
